Your Unique Gifts.

Hi everyone,

What if growing your work isn’t about doing more—but about becoming more present in what you already do?

I recently joined Virginia Muzquiz, The Referral Diva, on the Business by Referral podcast for a wonderful conversation about music, meditation, confidence, connection—and what it takes to bring your unique gifts into the world.

As a flutist, composer, and meditative music guide, much of my work is about helping musicians experience music differently: with greater presence, freedom, and connection.

But during our conversation, Virginia and I explored how those same ideas show up in business.

One of the things I shared was something I’m learning firsthand as I continue bringing my own work to a larger audience:

“People have to know you.”

We talked about what it means to find the right audience for your work, how I’m bringing together my experiences in music, meditation, yoga, and healing, and why being fully present can change the way we create and connect with others.

We also explored:

• Finding your niche without losing what makes you unique
• Moving through fear and building greater confidence
• Creating genuine connection through presence
• Getting your gifts out into the world

There were plenty of stories, laughter, and unexpected turns along the way—including a few reminders that mistakes don’t have to be quite as serious as we sometimes make them.

The episode is called: Turning Your Unique Gifts Into Referrals and Revenue with Nandin Baker.  You can listen here:

And when you do, I’d love to hear what resonated with you. Feel free to reply and share your thoughts.  And of course, feel free to refer me to anyone you know that might benefit from message! 😉

Thanks so much,
Nandin
